Fill in the Online Hostel Application Form and submit.

Application Being Processed

If your application is successful, we will notify you via email within 5 working days. If your application is unsuccessful, we will inform you via email and/or WhatsApp.

Registration Day

Student needs to bring the completed application form and make the following payments to the Finance Department on the day of registration.

Payments can be made by cash, credit/debit card or online transfer. For online transfer, student can email the bank in slip to finance@mdis.edu.my as proof of payment.

  1. Room rental (on monthly basis) 
  2. One month deposit (for selected room/suite type)
  3. A refundable deposit of RM50 per access card

Check-in Process

After the payment, the student is required to show the receipt of payment and hostel application form to the Hostel Management Office. Staff from the Hostel Management Office will check the documentations and process the check in.

Move-in Brief

  1. The student must fill and sign the tenancy agreement.
  2. The Hostel Management staff carries out a brief on the hostel rules and regulations.
  3. One access card is given to the student to access the room and hostel compound.
  4. Technician goes through the room inspection with the student.
